First I almost lost my appointment, I had booked an appointment for Saturday morning at 10 am, and get a call at 6pm Friday night that the appointment is set for Saturday evening at 6:07. And then I was informed that the stylist I had an appointment with would be out for 2 to 3 weeks for a family emergency, this I can understand, but I still have an appointment and the stylist explains she'll arrange for someone else to take the appointment and get back to me... no one did. I call on Saturday morning at 9:20 am to ask WHAT is going on, and I'm told there's only one stylist at the salon and she can only see me at 9:30 am, I say great and get to the salon at 9:31 am. I'm greeted and explain what I want right away, and the stylist begins immediately. I have thick hair, so once the cut is complete the stylist begins drying my hair... but another customer enters just before 10 am for her appointment and I can feel the stylist rushing through to get to her... so I leave with half-dry, Half-straightened, and mostly half-cut hair. Not only was the cut disappointing, I left with my hair half-done! Not worth the time or money.

Crystal is absolutely wonderful! She is highly talented. I see her regularly for all my skin care and waxing needs. You won’t be disappointed. She’s a gem!

Maranda is an amazing hair stylist. Top notch service. Great friendly personality and incredible at what she does. Highly recommended. Studio R is a great place for all your needs. Best hair cuts I've ever had. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

Been going to Maranda for years. Best haircuts and amazing color! Super friendly and always cares about what I want. NEVER had a bad cut or color! 5 Stars!! Check out her work for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
