Kristina is amazing ! I have very delicate, fine hair and Im always nervous to color my hair. I explained my concerns to Kristina. She listened and assured me she was very familiar with many color products and had one in mind that would be ideal for my hair type. I'm so glad I trusted her. My hair is shiny, full of body and I'm thrilled. The color she suggested was perfect - warm, rich and it just seems to make me color alive! This girl has a great eye, a wonderful " chair side manner " and is a sweetheart to work with! I'll be back in 6 weeks !

(Warning: This will be a long post) I went in to take my hair from brown/red to silver/gray. I have been dying my hair my entire life so i knew it was going to be expensive, take a long time and my hair wouldn't be the same. I accepted this. A friend had recommended this salon to me and my hair stylist was Kristina. On my first appointment Kristina took my hair from brown with red undertones (photo #1-3) to a level 8 blonde (photo #4) and left my hair with little damage (thanks to Olaplex). We decided to leave my hair alone for 2-3 weeks to let it repair itself. When I came back, she bleached it a few more times to get it to a level 10 blonde. She applied gray hair dye (She didn't tell me the name of it) and my hair turned BLUE (photo #5). I'm talking navy blue. She said some of the dyes have a blue undertone and by the time it dried it would go away. I went home and took a nap, when i woke up and looked in the mirror, my hair was TURQUOISE. I make an appointment to come back in for her to fix it (which was at no additional charge). She bleaches it again (photo #6) and this time she uses another company called Pulp Riot (She used shades Smoke and Mercury). It came out blue AGAIN (photo #7). I go home and the following day I called and spoke to one of the owners (her name is Jerry) about getting a refund. Jerry mentions she would like for me to come in so she can see the status of my hair, offered to try and get my hair to silver one more time and also mentioned if i'm really that dissatisfied, i can get a partial refund (of 50% of total). I agree and come in. Jerry was working on a client when i came in, the front desk girl walks over and tells her who I am. She nods, finishes with that client and starts on another while periodically glancing at me.. (BTW she asked me to come in at a specific time so we could talk and was 5 feet away from me) I sat there for 45 minutes until she was done with her second clients hair. She brings me to the back and I asked if we could discuss the partial refund before we do anything. She tells me she never mentioned any sort of refund. She then has the nerve to tell me it was MY FAULT my hair turned blue. Saying i was going home and dying my hair blue!! (Seriously?!?) She tells me she cant give a refund because she had to pay her workers to stay an hour later to work on my hair and because of all the product they used. At this point i'm about to start crying, Jerry rolled her eyes, sighed, and storms off. Diane (the other owner) comes over and apologizes for everything. She sympathized with me and broke down my options and what she can offer. She offers to do a Silk Degrees treatment because she believes my hair is too porous and is probably turning blue because its picking up all the undertones of the hair dye. (Which actually made a lot of sense). She suggests not bleaching it anymore because my hair would fall apart. Instead, put the dye over the blue and finishing with a nice blow dry. She believes the hair company, Adore, will do the trick because it has a purple undertone and not a blue. The purple will combat the blue tones Pulp Riot (and whatever other company Kristina used) left me with and there wont be any blue left. I decide to give them a THIRD chance and Kristina starts to work on my hair right away (photo #8). Diane periodically checked on the progress on my hair and didn't allow Kristina to put anything into my hair without her approval. And guess what! My hair was finally Silver/Gray (photo #9)! Would give more stars if Jerry wasn't unnecessarily rude and didn't lie.
