On Miracle Mile, there are so many mediocre nail salons. Ginna's Nail and Spa is like a place I would go to at home in NY! It lives up to its name. I wanted to try it out, so I only did a pedi polish change, I wish I had done more. Perfect pink, can't wait to go back for more. Thanks for opening!

It was a bad experience, the job of doing the nails was fine but the nail polish they did a horrible job they need to practice more to make it neat, then the pedicure the girl was giving attitude she didn’t do what I ask and same thing the nail polish they didn’t put it neat it was like they just did it without caring.

I didn’t want to write any review at the beginning, but then I thought people should know where they are going.... It was my first and last time. If you care about service and quality this definitely not your place. Stuff is very unprofessional, they don’t put covers in the pedicure tub, hell I do not wanna know how many people goes through those tub:((( Lady who was doing my pedicure hurt my left bid toe and then it start bleeding. Unsatisfied and I do not recommend this place to anybody.

If google allowed to give a 0 I would most definitely give it to this disgusting place! I came across this place on July 26th, 2018 after calling a couple of nail salons and all were closed already. It was close to 8 p.m. but I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! STAY AWAY!! I received a manicure and pedicure and the owner ended up doing it because no one wanted to help as the others wanted to go home. To make my story short I had an ingrown nail on my left toe and she picked at it and didn't remove it completely and I'm assuming her tools were filthy because now my left toe is infected and I'm on antibiotics for 10 days! NEVER EVER EVER GO TO GINNA'S NAIL AND SPA!!! Just as an FYI, I put a complain with Better Business Bureau because this is not a safe place for anyone to go too! Please read below: Please don't fall for this response because this didn't happen as the way the owner is claiming! She did not advise me about anything at all and i did not request for my ingrown to be removed. She did not say a word to me for that matter as i was on my phone the entire time! Crazy how the owner literally just made up a lie to cover herself but google reviews don't lie either and there are other ratings and pictures that prove her wrong!!! Hello, I am Ginna, the owner of Ginna's Nail Salon & Spa. It has been brought to my attention that a complaint has been submitted to the Better Business Bureau in reference to a manicure and pedicure service that was performed at my salon. I have acknowledged the concerns brought up by Ms. Stephanie, and hope this letter can provide some clarification on the issues raised. On July 26, 2018, arrived at our salon at approximately 8:00 PM and requested a full-service manicure and pedicure. Please note, our salon closes at 8:30 PM and the requested services required at least 90 minutes to fully complete. As such, my employees had the right to refuse the requested services as they were not required to stay past their scheduled working hours. As the owner, I was kind enough to stay overtime and accept Ms. as a client. During the pedicure, Ms. presented with an ingrown toenail and made a special request to have it removed. I advised her that this was not a procedure within the scopes of a standard pedicure and as a nail technician, my duty is to make nails presentable by exfoliating, removing dead or rough skin, cleaning and trimming nails, and applying nail polish and designs as requested. It is not a part of our profession to cut into or remove ingrown toenails as this is a condition more appropriately treated with home remedies or surgical intervention in severe cases. Following the pedicure, Ms. expressed no complaints about the services she received and left our salon with satisfaction after her nails were dried. While I am saddened to hear that Ms. experienced complications with her ingrown toenail, please note that our salon is compliant with disinfection regulations and the proper handling of tools. Our tools are disinfected and sterilized after every use and stored in electrical UV cabinets. Therefore, the claim that our tools are unsanitary is irrational and without merit, and should not be attributed as the cause of Ms. infection. Please note that our salon has a sign stating we are not responsible for infected toenails, as it is the responsibility of the customer to maintain proper hygiene and care of their nails after receiving any service. Ginna's Nail Salon & Spa has been in operation for a long time. Our business is legitimate, authorized, and in compliance with the regulations of the Nail Salon industry. We hope that this letter will clarify the circumstances surrounding the service received and lead towards an amicable resolution to this matter. We deeply apologize for the customer's dissatisfactory experience. As a courtesy, we would be happy to issue a refund to Ms. Please advise on how we can proceed with resolving and retracting this complaint. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Ginna Mo Ginna’s Nail, Spa and Salon Inc.
