I had Lori for pedi and Sonny for nails first time there was a great experience. Pedi, full set with bling and brows took about 1 1/2 hours. Definitely going back.

Went yesterday with my 2 daughters for mani & pedi. We waited for a half hour. They never even acknowledged we were there. We left & went across the street. So glad we did. Will never go back.

Horrible experience. The Lady doing my nails was rude and miserable. Also it was very poor quality. I got gel nails and the polish started chipping within a few days as if it was regular polish I never will go back

Horrible service. The owner lied and told me the salon was opening late one day for some maintenance reason, so I made an appointment to come in right when the salon was supposed to be opening. When I arrived, there were at least 10 women halfway through a service already, so obviously the salon had been open for a while. The manicurist who my appointment was with had just started another customer, regardless of my appointment being at that time, which I needed to make as early as possible because I was going to visit a relative in the hospital that afternoon. I explained this to the owner, and explained why I wanted the earliest possible appointment that day, and he was incredibly rude to me, simply ignoring what I had said instead of coming up with a solution. I then asked to be put with another manicurist who was finishing someone else up, which the owner said would be fine. Except when she finished up that woman, she took someone else instead!! The owner was unapologetic when this happened, and gave me an attitude when I explained (for the 3rd time) that I was in a rush because I had to visit a relative in the hospital in Philly that afternoon. This whole waiting game lasted about an hour, at which point I decided to leave without having my nails done because I needed to leave for the hospital. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, between the lying about what time the salon opens to not ensuring that appointments are kept by manicurists, I waited an hour at this salon being told that it would only be “10 more minutes.”
