DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!! I agree with the review below that once you become a regular customer, service is changed. I always give a tip 20%-22%. I have asked a girl twice to file some of my nails shorter because it looked not nice. Her reaction was not the best.
I do not carry cash at all. And today I specifically went to the bank to get some cash for a tip. When it was totally freezing outside and I do not live close to this location. In the end, they did not accept a bill that I had because they just did not like it. And I JUST took it from ATM machine.
And I already signed for a check because I pay for service by my card. And they wanted me to include a tip there when it was already signed and when I brought cash. I left it with no tip at all. I’m not gonna spend my time to take cash out for you and you are not gonna accept it and appreciate the fact. I will find another place.
You just lost one more customer.

I did not crash the door! Do not lie here. I just told that I’m not gonna leave a tip then and I left.
To fix one small part of nail does not cost $8 !!! I could’ve pay for it if the manicurist would’ve tell me. It was your choice to do it for free. Appreciate it! And I paid for the service. To pay a tip depends on customers only!

The shop was clean and pretty and they have so many colors in regular polish, gel and powder dip. The team was very nice and they seemed to really care about their work. I had a powder dip manicure and left happy.

I used to come here every two weeks for a color gel manicure and at first I really enjoyed coming here! The staff used to be very friendly and did great work. But a few weeks ago I started to notice the quality went downhill and so did my experience. The latest time that I’ve been will be my last. My manicurist did a half done job on my nails and then loaded them up with so much gel polish it will be a much bigger task to change the gel than it needs to be.
Of course my experience started with the manicurist filing off the top layer of gel okay normal so far, but then she applied a gel that I saw in the news being exposed as a paint stripper used to take off gel nail polish. Not great but hey acetone is pretty harsh too. But after the paint stripper didn’t take off my gel polish the manicurist just filed the top of my nails taking away layer of my natural nail itself. Next she did nothing to take care of my cuticles so I was worried the polish would chip and come up due to the dead skin under the gel. A gel manicure is not cheap so I need this to last and not chip due to lack of cuticle treatment.
Overall, it felt like every other guest that walked in after I did got MUCH better service and treated way better than I was. I have ALWAYS tipped 25% because I understand how hard it is to work in the service industry and it first it felt these people deserved it. This last time I tipped high because I knew I would not be coming back.
Do not recommend.

Excellent place! Came here for a French gel manicure without appointment. Did not have to wait at all and Sandy was fantastic! So thorough and nice. Love my manicure. She also made sure to ask me how I wanted the White line-thick or thin and was diligent about checking to make sure the lines were the same thickness. Overall, one of the best manicures I ever had.

Great service with no wait time. Mani, pedi, massage, and waxing ... all was perfect! We will definitely be back!
