I have been going there for years, best place in town for hair , nails and all facial care. I especially like the remodeling facial , exclusive to this Salon only. It has helped to make me feel and look years younger! Can't say enough good, very professional!

My wife visits La De Da Le Salon every month for a facial and would recommend Christine and her staff to anyone. My wife comes home every time with a glow about her, both physically and mentally. It is one of her special gifts to herself.....by the way, she looks 10 years younger than all of our friends!! ;) M. Deller ~ Troy, Ohio

I went to this salon for the first time, after looking around at other salons in the area. I figured since it was in a prime nice location and a boutique salon, that I would be satisfied with my end result. I was deeply disappointed. I came to the salon, asking for an ombre. Since my hair had stubborn color of black it took a few lifting treatments (about 3) and about five hours in the salon (which I am not complaining about). I left the salon without my desired color, however it was doable. I asked how much extra it would cost for a touch-up on my unsatisfied color and it was rounded to be about $85.00, after I had initially dropped $150.00. Okay, whatever fine, that's STILL not my main problem. Within not even a week, the color of the plum had fallen, and I don't mean it faded. I mean I went in the shower and ALLL the dye fell out (which I understand happens, but not to that extent). Still doable, but not pleased. I called to ask what should be done, because sure, its not the stylist fault that the dye didn't process correctly but it is not my fault either, and I spent a GREAT deal of money and time. Upon calling I was asked to come in for a consultation (on how much they would charge, since my hair literally at this point looked like it had been fried or victim of a home box coloring gone wrong). When I went to this appointment, I was told it was gonna be $85.00 to get it to where I want it. Heres the deal: I talked to many stylists and hair connoisseurs and forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't the main customer service rule that if the customer is unsatisfied and not given what they asked and paid, for that the business needs to intervene and figure out a way for customer satisfaction. Not to mention the boundaries of this "high" upscale salon, I'm pretty sure I would have gotten better reaction to my displeasure at Great Clips or a mall salon (which I would NEVER go to). In conclusion, I was very disappointed with the service and my results at this salon. I will never recommend it to any of my friends at University of Dayton or in Centerville, and from now on will be extra cautious before I judge a salon on a location and "talent".
