Chris does my nails every 2 weeks like clockwork. He's the Michelangelo of nails. I've been going to him for over a year and I've never left disappointed. I get ballerina cut, which is not an easy shape. He's the best!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have been going here everyother week for almost a year now. This last visit I had was so bad i will never ever go back here. I went in for a pedicure and a manicure I walked out with a some what of a pedicure and my nails painted. I asked the lady who was giving me a pedicure to cut one toe nail short because it was starting to hurt because it was to long. after cutting 9 of my 10 toe nails she then cut back my cuticles making me bleed honorably. I asked her to go get someone else she told me no and just kept cutting at the same spot that I was already bleeding at. Then she painted my toes and then said all done. I then asked her why she dodnt vut the one nail unasked her to cut. She then walked off from me. Than she wanted to give me a manicure I some how got one of the other workers attention maybe it was my small fit I was having because I was still bleeding and my toe nail was not cut. I told the worker in was not happy and dodnt want to pay for services I didnt get. He asked me to move over to his table soni did thinking I was going to get the manicure I asked for. Haha. Nope! My nails got painted (not the color i asked for). then when he was done he told me I owed $45. I asked how when I dodnt get either of the services I asked for. Finaly after arguing with him I told him I would pay the money but I wanted his bosses name and number. he gave it to me. I went to pay and realized I left my card in my car. I nicely told him that I had to run to my car to my card that I forgot. He then told me if I left the building he was going to call the cops on me. ummm what? I said for going and getting money your going to call the cops on me? He said yes. I said well I have to pay you some how. Finaly after another 10 mins of arguing with him he let me go get my card. I paid my money and left. this was on Sunday. Tuesday comes around and I'm at work and I look at my nails that look like a 2 year old painted and my polish that they say last 2 weeks has flaked off. So Wednesday comes around boss is supposed to be in I call to tell him about the horable service I have received and now the manager is no where to be found and there is no one for me to talk to. But the person that I talked to would he happy for me to take off work drive 30 mins to them for them to fix it. So now not only did I not get what I ask for. my toe i went in for to have cut still hurts my other toe has a sore on it and one of my nails is missing part of the polish. so not worth $45.

Very disappointed with the service and worst pedicure and manicure done here. Not recommended. Never come back

And this is why I won’t go to Cute Nails in Harrisonville anymore, so watch out...!!!
I was a loyal customer until I started noticing that every time I went they would charge me a different price for the same manicure and pedicure for either my daughter or myself.
So, today after almost a year of absence, I decided to go with Angela. Knowing the facts, I came prepared!! I looked at their price chart before hand and it said: “ Princess Manicure $10; Regular Pedicure $25” since, they didn’t have the gel manicure price listed, I asked Gene to call, they told him $30. According to me, I had everything figured out.
Then, when the time came to pay, they wanted to charge me $12 for Angela’s princess manicure, $35 for my pedicure, and $35 for my gel manicure. So, I quietly got their price chart and showed them their prices; the owner rudely called me out in front of everyone saying “Lady, you have been coming here for years and you know that we charge extra $5 to remove your gel” Since he was so vocal, I went on to yelling too saying, “And this is why I haven’t been here in a long time, because you always want to charge me extra, I knew this was going to happen!!” Honest to God, I wasn’t aware they charged extra for removing the gel which is part of the manicure. Besides, NOWHERE else I have ever been charged for that before. He was just mad because he had no way to justify to charge me those extra 2 dollars for Ángela, $5 extra for my pedicure, but got away with the extra $5 to remove my gel polish.
This is a shame!! Cute Nails is a nice place and they work well, but it’s not ok they charge you whatever they want just because...
I will not go back there again!! Today was my last chance for them, and they did it again. Shame on them!!😡
