Been coming here on and off for over 20 years. My nails, this time again,, weren't filed evenly and I can't get the styles that I want bc my nail tech won't take the time to do so. So I'm seriously looking at starting a fresh elsewhere where can get what I want for the services I pay for.

Treated like I didn't know what a pedicure and manicure was really supposed to be.

It was a 3-hour waiting period. The staff was not there in the beginning of the shift. The fingernail polish appears to be cheap. It was an hour wait between a pedicure and a manicure being done. Go somewhere else

They want you to use cash now and not your card!! Ive gone here a few times before reviewing. The prices are different depending on who's chair you sit in. Last time i went they tried to over charge me because they thought i wasn't paying attention while having a conversation. I tip very well and still have issues when i go. There is no Customer service, the Gel polish they use is either cheap or they don't put enough coats because your nails don't shine that long. Not to mention they tried to give away my spot to another client and i was thier first. Your nails don't come out looking good, it looks like a rushed job and when you say anything they have an attitude and start speaking in their language. Hey! But they are open on Sundays!!
