The owner or manager that speaks to her employees so rudely is unacceptable! If you need to properly train the person on the register especially at busy times then you take a day off your appointments . This girl was in tears . They are laws in place for volatile work places and treatment of their employees . Ma'am your attitude is unacceptable and I pray your employees know they have rights . This is a beautiful salon with very busy with wonder people who work there . Because of the way you presented yourself today I will not be returning . Maybe you dont care but I sure will put the word out there . You totally ruined my experience there and wished I would of went else where . Prices are not cheap so it was wasted money to me

They are wonderful! I always get so many compliments on my nails. I’ve been going to Rose since they opened, they’re the best 💅🏽💅🏽

I used to love coming here. I've had great service in the past and all the staff are friendly and polite. But recently went in to have dipping powder removed and a plain manicure with no/clear polish done. All of my nails are uneven and most of the corners jagged. The clear polish has dents and patches missing at the ends of most of my nails. Chunks of cuticle are also missing from some of my nails as well. Knicks and small cuts from the drill are one thing, but literally cutting into the skin above my nail with the cuticle trimmers is another.You'd assume that it's like this because it was rushed, but really I waited over 2hrs. I understand that some of this is on me for not being as thorough when checking the work but I had been there long enough and wanted to leave. The young woman that did my nails seemed so unsure of what she was doing.

I wanted to try a new place that was a little less expensive than my usual salon. I read great reviews for Rose Nails and thought I’d give them a try. I went in without an appointment and was seen right away for my pedicure. I just did a regular spa pedicure with regular polish. Unfortunately, even after having the entire time my acrylics were being applied to dry, my left big toe was ruined upon taking off my flip flop to put on my shoes before paying..... I didn’t feel like wasting more time and having them fix it, so I didn’t say anything. Now, onto my acrylics done with a different nail tech. I felt like he hurried his way through them and the shape is not what I wanted (even though he said it would be an extra $5 for the coffin shape). What I received was a square shape. He did not take enough time smoothing/buffing the acrylic after it was applied and so the gel polish went on very bumpy. I will be curious to see how the gel wears because he didn’t put down a base coat and only let each coat cure for 25 seconds. At the end, he buffed the sides with a nail file. I never understand why they do this after the gel was just applied. So the sides are now missing polish. I’m sure there are better techs here based on other reviews, but I was not happy with the cleanliness I saw there so I will not be coming back. It’s a shame... I really wanted to like this place. Guess I’ll be going back to my old salon where the prices are higher but it is so much cleaner and each tech takes their time.

It was quick it was easy the nails were fabulously colored the atmosphere was just flowing but I just loved it and the employees were most helpful I will continue to come there.
