Love Lisa's Sky Nail !!!

I used to love it here because of how clean they are with SOME of their services such as lining the pedicure bowls. After using this place for about a year the service has really started to suck! First I thought the acrylic nail were garbage because they painfully cracked in half days after I got them done so I reduced my preferred service to pedicures. My last (gel) pedicure started peeling a day after I had gotten them done. This time the nail technician who did my nails had the AUDACITY to write in I paid a $40 tip! I called the business and they of course said they don’t know where the charge came from but I know that is a LIE because the bank cannot charge what I do not allow! That very same day another woman was fussing about poor service and not being acknowledged as she waited for an extended amount of time to be serviced! I personally didn’t have the money to tip that day but I usually tip based on service and it’s my money! If people tip they tip, but also if you’re rude (the lady that day would not give me pale pink because “it won’t show on my nails” a good tech knows to just put white underneath 😉) then she separated my toes with what was clearly used separators, and she hardly acknowledged me the entire time besides insulting me. Y’all charge for everything! $5 extra for gel polish remover, $5 extra for callus remover, and extra for gel polish and you dare lie and say I paid you a $40 tip and you don’t know where the coat came from? Ok! I’m telling everyone!

Had an emergency nail situation and went against my better judgment after having a horrible experience the last time. I don't know where these nail techs got their training, but they do not know how to do nails. Both times I went the full sets were terrible. The first time I had to go some place else to get them redone. With my most recent experience I had to point out areas for the nail tech to fix. The shaping of my nails wasn't uniform and there was way too much space between my cuticles and the acrylic. Just awful. While I was there a customer returned to get three nails fixed from the day before. Trust the two star reviews.

They were really nice but extremely thin and could be WAY thicker as if it’s paper

the main part of the experience is being nice to your nail techs...a lot of people who come here are rude to the techs and go give the place low stars. but anyways i'm a "regular" and the techs are so nice and understanding. always say thank you to your nail techs and TIP PLEASE!!!!
