Tried them one time too many, this was my last time. The male nail tech was awful! I thought I was going to have to go to the doctor. He jacked up my nails so bad, the sides of my nails were so sore, he cut my nails almost to the quick. I’m done! The manager’s attitude is bad. At this same visit it was freezing outside, manager propped open door without even considering the customers including the children. I’m done paying my money to get treated like they’re doing my services for free! Awful customer service.

The management of this shop is unprofessional. The only reason that I go to this shop is. My nail lady that works there is the best.

I got dipnail. Cause my nails are already long . I thought when u get dip it help protect your nails. Well for one all my nails are broken off and on every finger is a split in the middle . All my fingers are in pain from getting dip. Why all my fingers look the same ... split,pain, no nails

I've been a customer for a few years and I'm always very pleased with my services. The entire staff is professional and they all have pleasant personalities.
