I made an appt for a pedicure, when I got there they set me up in a chair, and just put cold water into the foot soak tub (no plastic or anything over it like most salons) then barely spoke or any communication, at end of pedicure, when I went to pay with my gift card they wouldn’t accept it. Said it had expired. 1. Gift cards should have a longer time to use than 6 months. 2. They were closed for 2 months due to covid regulations in the state, so I’m only 2 months past the regular expiration and because they weren’t even open for 2 of the months, it should be honored. And 3. I have nail polish all over my toes on my pinky toes on both feet and the toe next to them.
Pedicure was mediocre, but due to poor customer service I will never be back and will never recommend this place.

I will never go back here. Left with 4 fingers bleeding. Such a terrible experience.

I have come here before and had fine experiences but the most recent time, the woman did a really sloppy job.. there was a bunch of nail polish stuck to my skin and there were spots close to my nail bed that were not even and were see through. She also went over my cuticle probably 4 times and the day after, I was bleeding and had so so many painful hangnails. I probably should have said something and got a refund but I just won’t be giving them my business again..

I was very impressed how they are keeping everything sterilized. As soon as a customer leaves they start wiping everything down! Ellie was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely ask for her again!
