Lauren was one of the best sales person. She was sweet and knew what she was talking about. It was a great place to shop and had everything and anything you could possibly want. We love our new Polaris! Thank you so much!!

We walked in to the friendly smile and great attitude of Lauren. Lauren was helpful without blowing smoke or being pushy. Her approach was to inform and if she did not know an answer, she went and got the RIGHT information. Our entire experience was positive for the sales process and we hope to be just as happy with the service side of Hall’s Motorsports Ocean Springs.

Thank you to Halls, and Brooque for consistently answering my questions, texts, and making my buying experience excellent! She kept me informed of the process every step of the way, and the numbers she quoted me were exactly the ones on the final paperwork. It was a definitely an easy, and hassle-free buying experience!

Just bought a bike, I worked with Blake and he was very respectful along with everyone else there. They gave us any advice we needed and even loaded the bike for us. This is the 3rd bike my family has purchased from hall’s and it probably won’t be the last!

My wife and I went to the Ocean Springs location to purchase a new ATV with cash. The unit we wanted was priced around $11,300.00 with several additions being installed, the additional fees charged by Halls, and taxes. The GM would not take a personal check (even though we were not picking up the unit until the following week) and would not call the local bank to verify funds. We were informed by the GM that we would have to go to our bank and obtain a cashier's check to purchase the unit, which was the owners policy. They would accept a credit card but wanted an additional 3% for using the card. Really??? Who conducts business in this manner?
(The young sales lady that waited on us was super, she worked diligently to answer our questions and worked with the GM on obtaining pricing. We regret that she was unable to conduct this sale.)
This was a very frustrating and insulting experience and we will not be visiting Hall's Motorsports in the future. We left their parking lot and drove to another dealer in Gulfport and purchased a unit with a personal check that same afternoon. Since we are having multiple additions installed on the unit, we plan to pick that unit up next week as well.
