You pay for what you get... Well I paid for the highest priced pedicure but didn't seen to get full service. If you promote a massage for 50 minutes along with polish service and maintenance then I have no problem tipping. But for 95 bucks I need a real spa with some people who actually specialize in this. Not one off a ship coming working for family members. I work very hard for my money and I'll be dam if you think imma tip you after paying 95 bucks for half a service. To be upscale your workers must have the same mission while working. But I will not return. This shop isn't no different than your typical nail shop in the hood. Only difference is you'll pay more for the same thing. Hell No 👎

Very disappointed and angry! I have been patronizing Villa Nails for the last 3+ years. Unfortunately I will never go back again. Today I received treatment and disrespect not deserved. Went in to get my nails done! I’ve been getting my nails Dipped for quite a while. And today for some reason they decided not to soak nail color off! Instead my nail tech decided to use her electric file to file the color off. When I inquired on why she was doing it and not using the acetone cotton and aluminum foil. She informed me that this is the new way of doing it! Me not be in a nail technician said OK. However when she attempted Start working on my new dip color looking at my nails I noticed I still had glitter and polish left on my nails😡😡!! When I pointed this out Ashley the owner’s sister, who was not doing my nails decided to attempt to explain to me. That it was no big deal in a high-pitched what I would consider disrespectful tone. Not a big deal? Did you not see the ABC channel 7 special regarding the dip and fungus that it can cause!! I can go on and on.. I would not recommend Villa to anyone. I paid for a service and expected the service to be done correctly but instead I was disrespected and talked to in a manner that I did not deserve. Patrons beware and nail techs be advised, not everyone who comes in to Villa nails is uneducated on nail care and don’t know what should be done and how it should be done. 👋🏽

I'm not sure why the unwelcome feel when me and my husband come here?? The lady that cleans up the place notice it and she offered my husband something to drink but I'm not sure what happened and they rushed us to pay at the end like we was going somewhere I'm not sure why we don't feel welcome there

Expensive but worth it. I feel so pampered when I go here. It is truly an experience with beverages, the awesome massage chairs, and most importantly it is a clean facility! My nails are always good and this is.one of few places I can actually say is worh the money you spend on nails. 9/10 times my nail tech is pleasant!

Did not like their customer service at all. I came in for a regular manicure along with my two daughters this past Sunday. We are a basically repeat customers and I am a generous tipper when great customer service is showed for me and my daughters. However this time the nail tech who was doing my nails from the get go he seemed exhausted and tried to convince me to get a no chip which is more expensive and my guess its a better deal for him. I told him, thank you but not this time since I'm trying to let my nails heals from the past nail set. From there on he seemed to be in a rush and just did a sloppy job which I let him know but he was just plain careless. I checked out and when I saw the receipt I noticed a pedicure charge that I never had. I was so upset, all because he was rushing to move on to the next service. Unfortunately they couldn't do anything until Monday business day. Up to now I am still waiting for a credit to show on my statement which I understand it takes a couple days to reflect but it's just the horrible customer service that gets to me the most. I will not bring my business to this facility anymore.
