A total mess...left there with acrylic all over my hands....toes and finger nails looking scary...just called them and asked for the owner or manager and they said “is not here” I asked if they are open tomorrow and they said “call Monday” 😳 unreal and by the way is “there” and there were flies all over the place.
Went back this morning for an appointment to fix my nails with the manager...well, that’s what I thought. She wanted me to have the lady who messed up my nails fix them 🤔 I told her “no way” then the manager said “if I fix them, I have to charge you” I just paid 65$ on Saturday and I have to pay again for something that was done wrong! By one of ur techs...I got up to leave and the manager tried to stop me by grabbing me by my arm and yes, scratch and all. I told her not to touch me and left...could not make this up, true story! Never again and I will tell everyone I know.

Worst pedicure ever!!! Had to have them repainted because it was all over my skin after . Was quick and rushed .

Quality and service was very poor.
They tried to accommodate more people than what they can handle making for a long wait and rushed service.
Not worth the money 😕

I’ve been going here for over 25 yrs even through the switch of ownership and have always had a great experience .. pedicures , nails ,dipping and brow waxing and have always had them looking beautiful ... all the ladies in my family now go here and would continue to recommend people. Thank you #1 Nails for the beautiful Job u always do
