Horrible customer service. Staff was rude and loud in front of other customers. I do not recommend and will not return. I recently started using Pro Nails and this was my 3rd visit in 6 weeks. Pedicure was fine but nail polish did not harden. Not my experience the two previous visits. Called and was told to come in. I expected them to remove polish and reapply or change color. It had been 4 hours and polish was still soft and looked horrible because each time my toes touch something polish was dented and smudged. Pro Nails wanted to polish over the top as their repair. I said this wasn’t acceptable and was told I had to pay to remove and polish and that I didn’t stay under the lights for 10 minutes. They set the timer not me.****As you can see by the owner’s response he blames customers. I loved the nail color but it did not dry. I wanted them to check the polish as it seemed very thick. I was fine with applying same color but did not want it applied over smudge and dents including owner’s finger print. We should watch video to see that this owner may not seem truthful in my situation. I left without any repair as owner was not willing to listen to my concern. This is not the behavior of someone who is demanding or rude. Owner is probably correct about Kharma but may want to look in the mirror.***

I love the gel color changing polish for my finger nails! Got a cute design on my big toes today. My nails are all summer ready thanks to Pro Nails. They've always done a great job with my nails.

I love Pro Nails! They have wonderful staff and wonderful services for reasonable prices! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I budget to get my nails done here! Highly recommend!!

I love this place! They are quick, but still take care. The prices are reasonable, in comparison to other area salons, and they stay open on Sundays.

Love this salon!! I visit this nail salon every month and always have great service!! Very nice professional treatment always!! Great job!!
