I HIGHLY RECOMMEND This place has the best service ever. My cousin and I went today. We walked in so we didn’t have an appointment or anything but we got someone to do our nails pretty quickly and the ladies took their time doing our nails making sure they wer PERFECT!! This was by far the best full set I’ve ever gotten!! And it was only $25. The money was completely worth it and the service was so amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

First of all, I like to say that I really loved and enjoyed coming to this establishment in the beginning and then it just started going down hill from a certain point a few months ago. The reason why I started coming was becoming Becki Ramos started working there and wanted to show my support and have you known she is awesome nail technician/artist. I would call to request her as a my nail artist for choice and she was normally booked but always like to check in to see if she has an open spot. Let’s just say who ever owns or runs the place is extremely unprofessional about every situation looking to book an appointment with someone I prefer, that is my right as a customer. I was rushed off the phone as only inquiring an opening for a specific person and was shown just disrespect and neglect with me looking for services done at there business. Well Becki unfortunately doesn’t work there anymore after a short period of time and I can see why. I returned there to give them another chance even though Becki doesn’t work there and got a basic $25 pedicure and a acrylic shellac polish change for services. Well the pedicure started off great so I thought and I basically had to tell the technician what is included with that specific spa package because it is clear that she doesn’t know because I have gotten the same pedicure package a million times. I had to tell her to cut/trim my toenails as you could see it needed to be done and then expressed how painful they were when they were in my shoes cause they were so long. I had also mentioned to her that I have really had ingrowns as well in my big toes. She agreed that it would be done, well after telling her 2 times about the ingrowns she doesn’t do it and must of not understand me or something because I pointed and said what it is was I was looking for and she repeated it and still didn’t complete the service I was looking for when booking. I just let it got because I’m clearly not getting anywhere and there is no manager in site so I could express my frustrations to her. It doesn’t stop from there because I had another service which was a acrylic shellac polish change, it is a very simple service and I get them all time with changing the colors on my nails. Well the same technician that did my pedicure did my polish change and it already started off confusing because she was doing things to remove the polish that I had never seen other than if you didn’t have acrylic on your nails. I didn’t say anything because she is supposed to be the professional here not me. I just knew something wasn’t right and sure enough there was. The technician wrapped my fingers to remove the polish instead of the drill. I was like I can feel the acrylic coming off and thinning off because it’s chemicals to remove polish and acrylic and if left on long enough. Surprisingly, the owner asked me if I had acrylic on and I said yes and she was like we were supposed to drill the polish off not wrap them and I had mentioned to her that I thought that something was different and told that well my acrylic is all messed up and uneven and thinning off. She told me the she doesn’t have anyone that can fix my acrylic till December 8th 2017 and then I could finish my service and she would take $5.00 off! I was like is this lady crazy. I expressed to her that this isn’t my fault and you can clearly see that I have acrylic nails on and you knew that from me coming in numerous times. How are you gonna blame something on me as your customer and you being at fault for cause of your technician who clearly is not educated or experienced enough to do the service or know what is your natural nail or acrylic. She didn’t even ask me or probe into asking me if my nails were natural or acrylic. I booked the service as I know how to book it and it’s the technicians to know what to expect when you get a customer. I couldn’t believe that she was blaming this on me as my fault and wasn’t gonna fix issue after I just got my fill last week so my nails were freshly done just needed a polish change. Unbelievable!

Stopped in at 530 for a pedicure and was told that everyone had gone home for the day when they don't close until 7:00. If it was by appointment only, I would totally understand but they take walk-ins. Disappointed.

Great place awesome people that work there it was my 1st time going there and I will be going back...amazing work they do....
