I set up an appointment with Mrs. Berg at 3pm to which I was hastily greeted 30 mins later upon her arrival. She had an excuse as to why she was late, but the punctuality is not what bothered me. Through the whole experience of filling out a renters application, she treated me as if I were a child and was very discriminatory about what I do for work. Mrs. Berg then continued with the application and app fee knowing she wasn't going to rent to me. Just be transparent. If you know You're not going to rent to me, there is no need to take my $40 processing fee. This agency only seems to cater to small families. If you're a single individual living by yourself, I would recommend looking elsewhere. All I ask is to have the decency to be straightforward and Mrs. Berg was not.

I would highly recommend this property management company we have been their tenants for several years now. They do regular HVAC and fireplace maintenance. They are responsive to service needs and great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with the moveout process. Before signing the contract, Vicki has full control on telling you want they want from you. When it comes to moveout, they give full control to the landlord that obviuosly wants to hold on to us much of the deposit money they can. No matter how good you take care of the house, they will send you invoices with things that have already been taken care of just to hold on to that money! This is not to say Vicki was very responsive, kind and understanding during our stay (for that I gve her 5 stars). The moveout process needs to be planned out better though.

If you walk into a house and its not sparkling brand new. Run. After you move out they'll fix every tiny little thing and Bill you to death. Knowing darn well those things were there before you moved in. They're predators! Ye be warned!

I am a landlord. I recently asked her to look at my property which had been damaged by the last tenants. She "forgot" to go inspect my house, and when I called her the next week to get the results from her inspection she gave me some excuse. I did finally get her to go inspect. When I spoke with her about it she started barking out orders at me as if I were a Marine Corps recruit. She told me that I was on a timeline (apparently of her own making) and if I didn't put $15,000 into the property right away I wouldn't get a renter. She was very rude and condescending and I did not appreciate it. I think she needs to hang it up after reading some of her other public reviews. I was sorely disappointed and offended by her terrible demeanor. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with her.
