These apartments are very well done . I would suggest anyone who is looking for a great place to call home to start here. The staff is very nice and helpful. Jessica has helped me through my process and was very responsible taking me through each step. She made me feel like I was being taken care of. I love the environment , I wouldn’t change anything about it check them out you won’t regret it !

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Brixton Apts., especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Anna. I originally was interested in another complex because they have many locations where I am from in Texas, but that is not why I ultimately chose to live here. The staff made me feel at home, even though I am on the other side of town! Their staff has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with her, but the spotlight this time needs to be shined on maintenance team. Great work.

The Maintenance and the staff here are horrible. I've been waiting on a window screen for over 6 month because they have to put a work order in for. I've had to go and buy my own ac filters because of the same issue. Not to mention our ac we out on a Saturday, we'll they're CLOSED on Sunday. When you call the overnight Maintenance number, the service who answers doesn't do business with the Brixton. So now my family is without ac until Monday until I can call and put another work order in.......... You see why people are leaving bad comments on here. I've also called ac repair companies to come out and fix, but they can't unless they have the Brixtons permission. Smh. They've got to do better ,or at least hire more staff and have a more reliable overnight team.

I live here now, these are good apartments to live in my fatherNLaw works here. I recommend them 💯.
They are Great 🙂. The staff and maintenance are really Great people... i haven't had no roach problems.

Been living here 9 months and have had a CONSTANT roach problem! The pest guy only sprays the kitchen! No other room. I’ve never had roaches. So I contacted HAA. And of course nothing has still been done just the same old spray they keep using. Was told by the apartment that if I want a stronger treatment it’ll cost me 400 bucks. Still have roaches. Now my kitchen sink has been leaking from the faucet for over a month now. And my bedroom has not been fixed from move in date. NO one cares when you have issues with your unit. Women in office are RUDE AF and do not care. I HATE living here! It’s ghetto! Nasty! And unsanitary! If I could afford to break my lease I would. I 1000% DO NOT recommend living here! Only if it’s your last resort
