I went with a friend to get a pedicure. Their regular polish pedicures are $23, gel polish pedicure is $33, and $10.00 for added designs. We showed up at 10:00am, when they were supposed to open, but it was still closed and nobody was inside. Another woman came up to me as I was looking inside and she said, "Oh, they're always late." Red flag number 1. There were 5 women at the door waiting for them to open before 1 person showed up to unlock the doors at 10:10am. I had no problem with my pedicure, it was done very well. However, my friend wanted to get a cheetah design on her two big toes with normal polish, not gel, acrylic, or powder. They told her she would have to wait for the first layer of orange nail polish to try first. Okay, that's fine and makes total sense. However, as they got busier it seems that they forgot about her. She told me I didn't have to wait since at this point it had been over an hour. So I left. Then, about 10 minutes later I get a text from my friend. Everyone was too busy to finish her polish (even though we were literally the first two people there). However, they found time to harass my friend into getting me to come back because apparently they didn't charge me the correct price for my gel pedicure and I needed to go back and pay them more money immediately. I went back to the salon to pay and by the time I got there, still NOBODY was helping my friend. They had at least 6 customers leave by the time they actually finished her design which took literally less than 5 minutes. We were the first two customers, we arrived at 10:00am, and didn't actually get to leave the store until 12:00pm. The sheer amount of unprofessional conduct and outright disrespect for customers is more than enough for me to steer clear of New USA Nails forever and guide others to do the same.

My dip powder nails came out soo chunky and lumpy. I feel like they won’t even last 2 weeks. What a shame

HORRIBLE experience. I had gone here yesterday , and Brittany accused me , well shouting across the room of the nail salon saying I did not pay . I did pay . ACTUALLY she took to much money and didn’t give me back the correct amount . She began confronting me and looking at the camera film that showed me paying her . And still did not say sorry . when I asked her to re count her draw she couldn’t even add up the draw . I had left the establishment embarrassed and out raged . She had then called me back an hour later saying she had mad the mistake . when I showed up to get my money that she messed up with in the first place . she didn’t even say sorry . She is very un professional & beyond rude !!!!! I would never recommend this nail place to anyone . Stay far far far away . They have no idea what they are doing and how to treat paying customers.

This place is amazing.by far does the best dip powder nails in town, the pedicure amazing too .

Best nails salon around here! Im their loyal customer for 5 years. I Have to make appointment 2 weeks in advance cuz my nails tech is in high demand.
