Absolutely disgusted by not only the customer service but the quality of work I received today. The nails are ridiculously thick, The acrylic is not even connected properly to my real nail, the paint is sloppy, and the shape is honestly hilarious and humiliating at the same time. I highly recommend no one go here! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. For the fact I had to pay for something my toddler could have executed significantly better is pathetic. Do not go here!

I regret wasting my money at this place. They did a terrible job on my acrylics. The lady using the speakerphone on her cell phone- having a conversation about nothing- hurt me with the drill so bad it brought tears to my eyes. She wasn’t paying attention, so all the tips were crooked. Then I am passed off to a man that obviously had no idea what he was doing, and he also made a phone call using his speakerphone and held a conversation while destroying my nails. I needed a fill in before I left! Or better yet, a whole new set!!
The gel polish was a disaster. He flooded my nails with the clear top coat and it was stuck to my skin. The color was not completed around the edges and he left my real nails exposed without any acrylic. My nails were crooked, incomplete, jagged, and ugly. I didn’t have anymore time to argue or complain since it took forever to get them done, and I don’t think they were capable of fixing them anyway. The reviews about the children are all true. They are either in the customer’s face without a mask or they are running, screaming, and fighting. The “nail technicians” are rude and do not want to speak to or acknowledge their customers.
After my horrible experience I was looking at the reviews for this place and wondered how they got any high ratings at all. The people leaving five stars are obviously fake accounts that leave five star reviews for random nail places all over the United States. Click on a reviewer and check out their reviews and you will see what I am talking about. Crooked nails from an equally crooked business.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten! Did not properly clean up cuticles and polish job is even worse. Asked for one big toe to be redone. She didn’t even remove the smeared polish, just tried to smooth it over, leaving it lumpy. Went back the next day to have it redone again. Polish looks like it is 3 weeks grown out. Awful job! $50 wasted!

Very disappointing for multiple reasons. The website advertised one price but I was charged more. They were rushing when they did our nails. My nails looked horrible. I went back in to have them fixed the next day. They were in such a rush to get me out of there instead of actually fixing them. They look even worse now that she "fixed" them, if that's possible. I definitely won't come back.

This place is absolutely awful. Poor customer service, poor value etc. These people do not care about customer service what so ever! My daughter left this place with nearly every cuticle bleeding, and in pain. They do not care at all!! As a local in this area, I have personally heard several horrid experiences. You will be charged a ridiculous amount for horrible product and treatment. This place needs to be closed down.
