Cute atmosphere but paid way too much for a shellac manicure that started peeling off in 3 days!

I work construction and my hands looked like an elephants knees. Anne was super nice and put me on my way to having a better appearance. Thanks Anne

Terrible customer service. I went in to an empty salon and asked could they give me a color change and the lady said no bc they were booked. Might I reiterate that they were empty and what I was requesting would’ve took all of 10 minutes. I will never spend a dime in this salon.

Awesome and reasonably priced manicures. They guarantee their work and include soak off in the price. Definitely going back!

I scheduled 2 signature pedicures which are supposed to run around an hour long. When we arrived I was greeted right away and everything was fine until I asked about shellac polish for my toes and I could sense an attitude immediately. My husband got his pedicure done right next to me and his looked like a great time.. exfoliating scrubs and masks.. and was done in about 45 minutes. Me on the other hand.. I had months old shellac on my toes so it shouldn't have taken long to soak off and she painted my nails before even starting my pedicure. I've never heard of that before.. It also took a really long time. By the time she finished putting the new shellac done my husband was just about finished with his pedicure and mine hadn't even started yet! I ended up getting a express pedi because I didn't want my husband just sitting there for another 30-40 min. It just seemed like the lady didn't want to do a shellac pedi or something but if they have issues with that they should say something when you make the appointment in the first place. Like ask me if that's what I have already or am interested in if it's going to be a problem.
