I called before I went to the shop. It was at least 2 hours before closing. I had to wait, but I got a great pedicure and tipped accordingly. But when my fill was done and time for the gel polish, it all went to hell. Mike, the owner started to rush..the polish must have been old. When I put my hands under the uv light for the polish to dry, it started to bubble. Mike kept layering on polish, which made the lumps worse. He wanted to get paid and asked did I have cash. I have never paid them in cash..except to tip. I gave him my card but he knew I was pissed off about the bad , rushed job. Add insult to injury he added a $3.00 tax!! I asked when did they start adding taxes and he said for months. I come here every two weeks and they have never charged taxes on my card. I think he knew I was not going to tip him, so he just took $3.00. So...I was left with lumpy, peeling, polish..while he says "Come back tmrw, I fix for you". No thanks. I have posted the pix. And Nails Etc has lost a loyal customer.

I love Nails Etc! The new owners are very nice and professional. I got the SNS nails and was very pleased. When I go back, I want to get the eyelashes. I recommend place!

The lady’s are nice but they take so much time they literally do not care if you have other places to be they will hold you up! It took them 2 hours to do my aunts nails and my grandmas nails and they didn’t even start on me! They hurt my nails a lot and the lady that used to work there was so mean.

They just got under new management, wonderful lady always does a great job.. she’s my new nail tech
