I went in to go get a blue ombré with brown on top and I ended up walking out with black roots and dark blue (so dark you couldn’t see it against the black) and green. It looked good when I walked out of the salon... but After one wash I had people asking me if I wanted the ends to be green... not what you would expect to hear with a 260 dollar procedure done 3 days prior. I ended up going somewhere else and had it colored purple to get rid of the green hue and now it looks amazing. But I have no way of getting the black out. I honestly just considered chopping my hair off. And they refuse to give even a partial refund

Fantastic first experience. Becky cut my hair exactly as requested, not easy for a first pass. The price was better than expected to boot!!

Omg u love Lori! I went to another nail spa and the gal did a horrible job on my nails... Found Lori from Bleu and had the best experience ever! She worked with what I already had on and did amazing work and now I feel awesome! Would recommend her for nails any day! I felt so comfortable and so amazed with her work!
