I love this spa because their work is great, and their staff is hilarious! I feel very comfortable coming here to get my nails done, and I can even laugh and joke around with the owners. I feel like they are all a staple to girls day. Always so pleasant to be pampered here. Thanks Salon!

Finally I've written my long overdue review for here! And haven't ever disappointed! Elegant Nails has lots of colors to choose from. They was doing my nails very patient. They are so detailed to me. The whole environment is different than my typical nail salon! I would definitely go back! And adore this salon right now.

I went with my friend who was getting married to get our nails done. This was my first time getting my nails done as I'm a cellist and polish doesn't stay on my nails well. The ladies here had difficulty speaking English and understanding what we asked for. I asked for pedicure with french tips and gel polish. The water for the pedicure got lukewarm at best. The bride and I both thought the pedicure was rough. The lady that did our manicures wrecked our natural nails. My nails are frayed and breaking underneath. I had only asked for a gel polish and I was very specific about that. I ended up with acrylic nails despite me saying no. The technician said my nails were too short for just polish. I had a solid 2mm of white on all my nails. The acrylics she put on are done horribly. They are easily 4x the thickness of my natural nails and are uneven. They wouldn't cut the extensions to the length I wanted. She told me that was too short. It took about 3 hours for 2 pedicures, 2 polishes, and 1 unasked for set of acrylics. I ended up paying $70 for the manicure and pedicure. Outrageous! I am worried about finding a place to take them off, and even more worried to see what a trainwreck is waiting on the other side. I'd recommend driving further away for a better salon.

My daughters and I went here to get our nails done before my oldest went to prom. What should have deterred me right away was the fact that no prices were listed for anything. But we needed them done before prom and Etna nails was closed so we stayed. Bad idea! My daughters and I got pedicures first. The lady helping us was the only one in the store. She was watching a TV show on her phone almost the whole time, when she wasn't watching something she was talking on the phone or FaceTimeing someone. She added a design on our big toes without asking first, they were not done well and we later found out that we were charged for them. Then it was on to our fingers. My younger daughter, 7 years old, just wanted them painted. Those were fine. Mine were not terrible but they were not good. They hurt long after and she even cut me a couple times. My oldest daughter, 17 years old, got her nails done with acrylic dip. They were horrid. They were uneven lengths and lumpy. Her fingers hurt so bad and she was bleeding in some spots from the tool used to grind down the nails. When her nails finally came off her natural nail was ruined. Some pieces are even still stuck, she used a file to grind them down so they are not as bad now. The lady changed the prices on us multiple times. My 7 year old's nails cost around $60 just for a pedicure and straight painted nails I could have done at home. Finally came the bill, it ended up being $225! We were there for over 4 hours on a Monday night and the end results were awful. We gave her a break because she was alone and we were too tired to deal with any thing else. We paid with a debit card. In order to complete the payment we HAD to leave a tip. There was not a no tip option or even a $1 tip option. When my daughter talked about this to her friends they all had similar stories or at least knew never to go. I wonder how they even stay open. I won't even go into detail about how disgusting and dirty this place was. I would never ever recommend this terrible place to anyone! Please don't waste your time or money!!! You definitely need to go to Etna nails, we have never had a bad experience with them. ~ Keri McGlynn

The place was nice and staff did an excellent job on my nails. Especially, she gave me many good advices to take care of nails. And now, my nails still look very marvelous. In brief, I'll continue to be their customer.
