I made an appointment over the phone for my sister and I and when we arrived they were extremely rude and told us that we didn't have an appointment. The lady was completely ignoring me when I said I called and made an appointment and she said no and dismissed me and made me feel very awkward. I went down to nail garden and they were extremely nice and treated me and my sister very kindly and did an awesome job on our nails. Will never go here again and I recommend everyone else to save their money and go to nail garden down the block where you will be treated with respect and kindness along with an awesome mani, pedi!

My experience was just terrible..
I went in wanting a blue nail polish.. she said they dont have it.. Blue is a pretty common color to have. So, I brushed it off. Than they kept switching girls. I have been getting my nails done for years.. I know when Im dry and when Im not. She was rushing me for no reason because it wasnt busy. My nails wound up all getting smudged so she had to redo it. She was annoyed. Than after she redoes it.. again.. they appeared dry but they werent. She basically pushed me out saying ok bye, bye. I got to my car and 4 nails smudged.. ridiculous.

I have been to quite a few nail salons on Jericho turnpike and i have been looking for another place. I was happy with my experience with Tulip Nail & Spa. I like the clean, friendly and attention to detail with my nail technician. Will return again.
