Prices constantly change. Lady called me a lier about price she told me. Very ruff. Cut me several times. Put an extra color even though I said no. Told them the dryer machine was burning and got ignored till 3rd time saying it. Will never go here again

This was my first time coming here. When i first walked in, there was a woman in the front on her phone. She told me to "hold on honey" and then asked how she can help me. I asked for a Mani/Pedi and they told me to pick a color. Once i did that, a woman pointed to a chair to go sit in but when i sat down, there was used water in the seat with stuff floating in the water. I told her im not going to sit there cuz it was FRESHLY USED! They didn't even drain the water out for their next customer. When i asked for a different seat, she looked at me like i was crazy! She moved me to a different chair. Once she started, she was REALLY rough. Cut me a few times. I asked for regular and they tried to charge me for gel. Nope. Paid for the regular. They did a horrible job from the beginning.... never again...

They upsale as if you were at McDonald's lol their service sucks and the execution is okay nothing great.

My family and I have been coming here for years. We personally deal with Tracy and Pauline they are THE BEST! You gals are awesome!
