The acrylics never disappoint, and I had the best pedicure I've ever had there, too! I absolutely love the quality of work and the friendliness of employees.

The girls did a fantastic job on my friend but the guy cut me twice, burned me twice, ripped my thumbnails off that had acrylic on them, ripped them off so hard that today my nail beds tore up and sore like I have an infection. He got my left thumbnail on so crooked that my thumb looked broken. He did not condition my nails after ripping them off they feel super dry and like they are about to break. I asked for a particular design, they couldn't do it which was fine but I asked for long stilettos and I got medium almond. Then he charged me $10 more then my friend who got gel acrylic when I had regular polish. I'm so pissed I'll never go back to city nails again. Ever.

I went here yesterday and all of my nails are different shapes. But what makes this place HORRIBLE is that I picked out a color and they brought back a DIFFERENT color and said “were out of the color you want, so we will use this one instead”. They didn’t even give me a chance to pick out something else, so I sucked it up. The next day I went into the salon and asked if I could just get the color completely changed and instead of owing up to their mistake, it was literally the same person, they wanted to charge me $15 to color it.

Friendly staff. Just wish it were faster and less noisy. I want to relax when getting a pedicure not hear people talking or be asked a bunch of questions about my personal life.

My nails have never looked better and the employees were friendly and kind. I will definitely be back!!
