Went in there for the first time to get a pedicure and they were amazing.
Lee, Tammy, And Kathy are amazing. My mom, my sister and I LOVED our pedicures ☺️ Definitely Visiting Again 👌🏼

I loved the result, my nails look fabulous, the lady was very patient and friendly, if you want beautiful nails, this is the right place

Customer service was clearly lacking. The owner kept making and receiving video calls the whole time. She let someone go before me, when i acknowledged the situation she said she would do my nails herself. After 15 more minutes of her paying more attention to her video call than the person who so patiently sat their in front of her. I said to my self, this young lady is good.
I have two words for this shop "I Can't". So i left, this was my first and last visit to this establishment. As always i will let everyone that i know to Not go to this shop. Dare i say "Piss Poor Service" doesn't pay. I see why her shop was darn near empty. One star is generous over all.

They started with 3 techs for my gal after 1.5 hrs, a tech moved her color selection they let 2 techs leave and has been the longest worst experience my gal has had.. Nails just finally removed and not even completely cleaned up.Have no idea how they got such a high rating as a few other locations in the area are much more customer focused and efficient..
