This is usually my favorite nail place around this area. I’ve never really had an issue with the way they do nails but for some reason this time I was just disappointed. They applied them incorrectly so they look like they’re lifting upwards. I had acrylic all around my nails that I had to scrape off my skin. She didn’t buzz underneath my nails so there’s just random lumps of acrylic underneath. The design itself came out nice but I can’t focus on it when all of the nails are pointed upwards. So I guess the place can be a hit or miss depending on who’s doing it. If you’re willing to take a chance and spend your $ come here.

I booked an appointment with Stephanie and she’s a sweet heart and does amazing work!! I was nervous because I saw no review on her but she’s the best! Best Christmas nails I’ve done!

Horrible. Rude, dirty, unprofessional. You get what you pay for. I was barely acknowledged when I walked in. Went in for SNS. When it was time to choose my color they gave me a choice of about 20 colors to pick from. None of which I liked. They told me SNS powder wasn't popular so they didn't keep a lot of colors. Since I didn't like any of the choices I was forced to put acrylic on my natural nails and then do a gel polish over that. My nail tech was very rough and unfriendly. She cut my cuticle and didn’t wipe down the nippers afterwards! She just put them in with her supplies to use on someone else! No hand massage at the end of the manicure either. My pedicure was less than ideal. Cost me $80 and I didn't even get a thank you from anyone in there. When I got home I noticed my feet were like sandpaper. Whatever they used to scrub made my feet rough! Not the results you want to have after a "spa" pedicure. Fast forward 5 days and these acrylics are popping off my nails. I went to another salon to have them all properly removed and I was informed they used MMA! This is a cheap acrylic and is banned in the US! I wish I could get my $80 back. It is a lot of money spent for garbage.

I recently moved to Mahopac when I decided to try Rossys . Prior to Rossys I was getting full sets and pedicures from a nail salon in Brooklyn .
After one full set and pedicure at Rossys I developed fungus on my left index finger and on my left big toe. I went back to Rossys to show her the fungus and explain I have been consistently getting my nails and feet done at another nail salon and as soon as I made the switch I developed fungus .
The female in the front immediately became defensive and insisted she was in business 15 whole years and never saw fungus. In addition she was condescending , insinuating I caught the fungus from the other salon in the city .
She was unprofessional , not offering any solution to mitigate the fungus as a nail technician .
Please never go here as you will get fungus and attitude to add insult to injury !

I've been there twice and both times the employees made me feel like a big inconvenience. Don't put a sign up saying walk-ins are welcome, if walk-ins aren't really welcomed? I've been told before they aren't friendly to new clients. On top of the rude staff, the quality of the manicure was a 3/10. I've also been told they are only decent at gel manicures, so if you like a hostile environment and an over priced gel manicure this is the place for you.
