The people that run this place have zero regard for your time. The first time I came here I waited 2 damn hours before being seen because they move so slow not because it was super packed. Ana did my nails and they were the most beautiful nails I had ever gotten! I loved them so I decided to give this place another try. Today I went WITH AN APPOINTMENT and an hour later I ended walking out because who has time to waste like that?!

I will NEVER in life come to this place again. I had come here two weeks prior with a friend who is a regular and receive great service. This time I came and said that I wanted her and was told she was coming (at the time there were only 2 techs there on a Sunday morning). About 15 minutes later, an older lady comes and takes me. Being as though I didn’t have all day to wait for her I went ahead. I told her I wanted just a regular manicure, she kept trying to convince me to do gel and I explained that I didn’t want that. She tried again and I explained that t has taken some time to get my natural nails strong again after using gel. She put something on my nails that was suppose to be cuticle softener and it started BURNING!! I asked what it was and she got an attitude and didn’t want to tell me. She kept going and I tried to print out spots where she had missed filing, hang nails, etc. and she ignored me and was still giving major attitude. Finally she told me to go wash and when I came back I asked if I could pay first and took out my credit card. She told me $14 wish was a little off because I had only paid $10 two weeks ago. I questioned it and asked and she told me that price was years ago. I explained that it had only been two weeks and she started acting irate and performing. The guy who I guess was the manager started accusing me of not wanting to pay. They together started yelling at me then justifying their actions to the other black customers in there who were getting high cost services trying to make them think it was me. They then told me to get out why I sat there appalled and trying to understand what had happened. They will treat you like s**t if you aren’t spending enough money in there or a regular. They are very discriminatory against certain people and I would NEVER suggest anyone patronizing this horrible place!

They stay busy! It's best if you can go when they first open.

I went to Eagle Nails for 2 years to Tony and was pleased with the services until last year when he raised his voice and got upset because I asked him to correct an error on my nail. He shoved the file towards me and told me to do it myself, that I am too picky. This was ironic because I asked for a simple shape that you advertise but was unable to do. I told him that I pay my money and should not have to shape my own nails especially when you have shape samples showing me what option I could get. I told him that I was appalled and did not appreciate his tone or attitude because I had not disrespected him in any way. I took my business elsewhere and no longer give my hard earned coins to someone who will disrespect me in the process.
