If i could give zero stars i will give ZERO. I came into the salon and got a pedicure.
1. THE TECHNICIAN CUT SO DEEP INTO MY SKIN THAT MY TOE NAIL WAS NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING AND BROKE DOWN TO MY SKIN
2. The gel polish did not last 5 days
3 when i went back the owner tried to tell me that i had to be serviced by the same person that literally ruined my nail because someone else doing it would charge me more money
4. My nails were not even
5. They reuse utensils and get mad when you ask to see new ones
NEVER GO TO THIS SALON EVER.

I really enjoyed going to this nail salon. Very friendly people who had understanding for my medical condition and speech impediment at that time. Again most friendly people that I've met. Great job keep up the good work

My girlfriend got her toe nails done and everything went fine but when the person that was helping her told him that he kept nicking and hurting her fingers he walked away and left her sitting there and started working on another customer. After asking another nail technician what the issue was and where her stylist went she was told that the person helping her said that she was too picky and crying about being Nick on the nails repeatedly. At which point my girlfriend decided to leave that nail shop never to return. The service there was mediocre at best and the customer service was very rude when she voiced her concern about the pain that she was going through. The less-than sanitary conditions also raised a red flag where one of the cuticle cutting instruments had someone else's dead skin on it.

I was not a fan of the pedicure I recieved the first time I went to this location. The paint chipped quickly, the nail technicians weren't too friendly, and the wait was longer than I usually wait at my home nail salon. I came back a second time to try them again as I was back in the area with time to kill, and because you know, sometimes you just have a fluke experience. The second time, no one greeted me upon entrance, nor could give me an estimated wait time. I sat for 45 minutes in their waiting chairs before asking the woman next to me how long she'd been waiting -- I should have asked her when I first arrived! She was up to an hour and a half... and there were 3 women in front of her. I walked out, especially since I wasn't impressed the first time, and now I know I won't be back.
