I’ve been going here for a while and the work is always satisfying. I do prefer to go back to the same person for fills etc so I am currently going to Kent and he is always getting my nails together. I went 6 long weeks without getting a fill and couldn’t believe no broken nails or lifts occurred. Very happy!

I’ve been going to City Star Nails for a few years now and I absolutely love it. I’ve tried most nail salons in the Cleveland area and this one is the best by far! Ken always does a great job on my nails and they never chip/peel off prematurely. Highly recommend going here for all of your nail needs!

I used to go there a few years back and stopped just because I lived too far. I recently moved a few minutes away and it's like I never left. Kent is awesome and so is the rest of his staff. I hope they stay the same ALWAYS. 😁

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I’ve been coming here for 6 years regularly for my nails and pedicures and I am ALWAYS pleased and leave satisfied and happy every time! Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere where they all care to see their clients satisfied! I will never go anywhere else! Their receptionists are always friendly and super sweet too!

i’ve gone to city star before and was equally as displeased as I am now. I have gone with my mom the last 2 times and I always go second and finish first. (Not mentioning the disorganization of the place with the LONG wait). My acrylics always pop off with gentle care and haven’t looked good in my last 2 visits there. I always get a coffin shape and i’ve noticed the top of my nails being slanted. The nails rarely have the same shape on each nail. Like I said, i go with my mom and they seem to take much better care of the women than with the teenagers/young adults. probably because they know that the adults will call them out if they do something while the teens will let it slide. I got my nails done a week ago and already the pinkie and middle nail (Left hand) came off and the pinkie nail (Right hand) came off as well. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re looking for quality nails at a REASONABLE price.
