HORRIBLE! Go somewhere else where they care about their customers. I wouldn't even give " Silvia's nails" any star for this review. I've called several times to get an appointment & I get no answer, no return call after messages etc. So I showed up Friday around 2pm and the place was closed! Even though as of today's date 3/3/2017 it says that it's "opened from 10-7pm" everyday except Sunday. I called Groupon (where I paid for my meni/pedi, which means Silvia's nail would also get paid) to complain Beacause she doesn't care about her customers or much less even being there and my Groupon was to expire in a few days. They (GROUPON) refunded my money because this place is crap & of course because I get absolutely NO response from the owner or anyone at all. What a headache! I really tried several times to give this place a try but I get nothing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I will definitely NEVER go there again not even if it was free!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The absolute worst . get there for appointment at 5:30 doors are locked. Mind you hours say 10-7...The lady says the person that was suppose to do mani pedi left because she didn't think i was coming.... Didnt bother to call, she just left. So wasnt able to get anything done after driving all the way there. Noone else was there but the receptionist. Called the owner an she says there is nothing she can do about it. Said this is the way they conduct business. Very unprofessional.
