I have been going here for about three years. The owner greets everyone by their first name upon entering the shop. I never have had to wait long to get service. I usually get a pedicure; can't think of a time I wasn't satisfied.

Amazing!!! Kacy does an excellent job. This is the only place I will go now. Be prepared to spend some time here because the pedicure is very thorough and they don't rush through the massage .Thank you Kacy at Helen Nails for doing such and amazing job.

Was told the wait would be 10 minutes. After waiting 30, asked again how much longer and was told minimum of 30. Save your time and go somewhere else that will actually value your time.

Bad! Had an appointment and was still waiting 25 minutes later. I was there 10 minutes early because I don't want them to have to wait on my. The 25 minutes does not include me being early either. Got up and walked out and all they could say was"SORRY".

This is my go-to salon. Hoa, Kacy, and the team never disappoint. If there is ever an issue they fix it on the spot.
