Salt Fork is a very beautiful complex, it has a wonderful staff that welcome you with open arms. The GM, Lucell has worked very hard to make SF as enjoyable and smooth running as possible. His assistant manager was also very helpful when I asked both of them questions that I had in regards to the amenities, rent, and hours of the office. Also, y’all go enjoy that beautiful pool this summer! I look forward to making Salt Fork my new home.

Salt Fork Apartments have been an amazing place to call home. Lucell, the entire leasing team and maintenance have been professional, and always make sure the needs of their residents are met. For the past two years, Salt Fork has been a friendly and safe environment to live in. Any issues (which were very minimal) were always fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to come and live at Salt Fork!

We have been fortunate to call Salt Fork home for over two years. It is a GREAT community. Of course the apartment homes are beautiful but more importantly the management is tremendous and responsive! Maintenance ALWAYS quickly responds to our work order requests. The grounds are expertly maintained. You won't be disappointed in this upscale property/community!

The GM is so sweet, I went in at the end of the day and they were still so willing to take me all over the property for a tour and answer any question I had. The property is absolutely gorgeous, I look forward to living here!

My wife, kids, and I lived here for 3 months while our new house was being completed. Paper thin walls and separations between apartments. You can here everything going on in the neighbor's apartments and outside of your building. My vehicle was stolen right out of the parking lot. No security whatsoever around this place. A month after we moved out, received a bill saying that we caused some damage in the apartment, which we didn't.
