The services are average. I have been going there for over a year. Once my favorite nail tech left I left. The techs don't really speak much English and are constantly chatting among themselves in Vietnamese. Even if you make an appointment you may still have to wait. The most important thing to the owner is money not the customer. Rather than tell someone to come back later they will have regular customers sit and wait. Even with an appointment I have been put in the pedicure chair with my feet in water for over 45 minutes. Several times I have had different techs in one visit just to suit the owner. The owner is rude and I won't be back.
