I’m obsessed with this nail salon. All of the techs are extremely professional and feel family-oriented. It’s a warm vibe when you come in and get serviced.
I get acrylic nails with a gel design and gel pedicures. You can walk in, but I like to call to make an appointment because there can be decent volume at certain times. The acrylic and gel combo will last 3-4 weeks honestly; which means their prep game is on point. I get complex designs that I find on Instagram every single time. I just recently relocated from CA and was nervous I wouldn’t find a tech that can do modern nail art. I was so so happy to find them. I’ll literally never go anywhere else.

This place doesn't care about its customers. I have permanent damage to my foot because of the cuticles being cut. I repeatedly told the person not to cut and she kept saying OK, and kept cutting. When I went to the owner Tina she basically called me a liar. She said the person didn't cut because she told her not to. Beware! Reply to answer. I did say something about the service that day. I said stop and was ignored. I thought perhaps after some time went by my feet would feel better. That is why I waited to say anything. When I told the owner what happened she said that it didn't. That is why I feel that I am being called a liar.She became very defensive. I don't care about the money, I will never be a customer here again.

I have never found a nail salon more clean and personable than this one! The staff is super friendly and so down to earth! I have tried many other nail salons in West Chester and the work and time taken to make sure, you the customer is happy, is amazing. I can walk in with a picture from Pinterest or something I see and by the end, my nails look identical to the picture! I have never left disappointed and would recommend to anyone for sure!

I have only good things to say about this company! They are consistently extremely kind and accommodating. I get designs every time and even on the times I don’t fully know what I want, they always give me something beautiful to showcase for the next two weeks until I get a refill. Really happy to have a place so close to me to get my nails done. Especially at such an affordable price!! Definitely will come back for as long as I am able to!! Adding pics of a few of the sets I’ve had so far!
