Went here for the first time about a week ago. They were so pleasant! We got a hug when we first got there :) My pedicure was so gentle yet effective, my feet have never been softer! Also, the lady doing my mom's manicure took her time to make sure the nail design was perfect. We also had my 4 year old daughter with us and they did really well with her to make her feel special and her nails held up longer than ever before. You should definitely schedule an appointment if you plan on going here. While we were there they had to turn away several people who didn't have appointments because they didn't have the staff to handle them. I really appreciated that they did this because I knew they weren't rushing with me to accommodate them like most other places I've been. This is definitely my new go to spot in the Tacoma area! Thank you City Nails for being wonderful.

This was my first time coming here, but I really liked it. Everyone was super friendly and went a little bit above and beyond to make things special. The one thing that I would say is that they didn't do my nails quite how I asked. They still look great so I am happy with the result, but if I were more picky it would be an issue. Make an appointment. They were pretty busy and had to turn away a number of walk in while we were there, but I'm not sure if that is the norm or not.

This was my first time going to City Nails and I'm hooked! They are so friendly, accommodating, and talented. I got an organic papaya pedicure which was amazing. My toes look super cute and I'm super happy. I'll definitely be back. They also have plenty of parking available and lots of massage chairs for friends too!

I love this place! Outstanding customer service! Very affordable and my nails always look amazing :) I won’t go anywhere else but here!! I love Angel she’s an amazing lady and truly down to earth! Come check this place out, you won’t regret it!
