I just got my acrylics filled here for the second time. I really enjoyed their work the first time, so I decided to go back for another time. I loved how they looked when they were finished and a few days later I looked down at my hand and all of my nails were dark brown. BROWN. How could that happen??? Very frustrating for paying that money just for the nail polish to turn brown and look dirty.

I went in and had my nails done on Friday Nov 2nd by the gentleman who works there. I paid 45 dollars for a full gel set. I explained, or should I say tried to explain, that once he was done it looked like he didnt paint my nails close enough to the nail bed on the top or the sides and that it made it appear as my nails needed to be filled already. He tried to fix a couple of them but he was just not seeing why I was not happy... I've had multiple people tell me that they would never have left with them looking like they do, and I wish I wouldn't have...

Got my nails done on Thursday. The lady filed my nails down so short and their “manicure” was sub par to other ones I’ve gotten in the area for the same price. Nails are not even at all, and the shellac gel polish was slopped on so thick that it all raised up and came completely off on each nail by Sunday. NOT HAPPY. Never coming back!

TERRIBLE. Told him my French tip was crooked and he said "no, that's just my nail." Well, it was more than just 1 nail so that's not possible. All I ever get is a French tip.. never ever had a problem anywhere else. Technicians are not skilled at all.
