Top II Nails provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. On more than one occasion I have witnessed Jen and her husband treat black people with utter disrespect, refuse them service for no reason, and speak to them as if they are beneath them. They continue to increase their prices and provide inadequate service to myself and my family. For these reasons I will never patronize their business again, and I encourage all black people to do the same.

They have just lost a customer of over 5 years due to lack of care. I just left and I have 2 cuts on my fingers. This is the second time in the past couple of months that this has happened. Especially because the man who sits at station 2 rushes through his work and gives a snippy "sorry" when this causes cuts. There are a couple of really amazing technicians here but if you're going to injure me with your shoddy work and still charge me full price, I can find a new place. I am so disappointed in them.
