Went for a pedicure that was rushed. Nails were not filed and callous untouched.

A waste of money and time. I went in there for a pedicure and full set, the pedicure was blah and rushed, the full set..well 1st of all they don't know how to properly shape a nail when do acrylics (learned this as soon as they started to do the application- I showed them the picture of what I was looking for.. I repeatedly said "You can do this "shape"? They over and over again ensured they could) secondly they CUT 4 out of 10 fingers all along the cuticle area to the point of BLEEDING while filing my nails into the god awful shape they clamed to be "coffen" the nails were all different widths and not uniform in shape and one of my nails they did came out to be completely crooked. While I was getting my set of nails put on I noticed the lack of customer service when other customers walked into their establishment. I also observed that when other people went to get a pedicure, the employees didn't sanitize the chairs when previous customers got up especially the area for the feet, just refilling it with warm water. Completely disappointed with the experience all around, getting your nails and toes done is suppose to be a relaxing experience and unfortunately for me it didn't work out that way.

Over all good experience I got my acrylics done there super cute
