Came to bring my dads gf & my sister in law to get nails done.
Rude.
There’s nothing more than just that. Didn’t care to let me know how much longer a wait due to them helping others.. I get it. But after waiting 30 min, none of the available persons were trying to get me into a chair. So as I’m waiting for my other two persons to finish with their nails, I’m waiting, and chose not to sit in there chair after they decided to get me in. I get we all need money in life but I refuse to put money towards a business if their work ethics suck. Doesn’t help that I wish the salon next door was open to take my business else where.

i went to get my acrylics taken off and the woman who did it wasn’t being gentle at all, kept looking up to talk to other people and made the process so painful i kept audibly making noises of discomfort. when she cut and filed my nails, she forgot some of them because she was talking to other people who worked there and kept getting up to go argue about a bottle of polish. she left my nails incredibly jagged and rough and when i asked her to clean up a few she assured me she knew what she was doing and then ignored what i asked for, leaving my nails completely ruined.

I got nice service over there. I got my nails done by a man and he was sweet. I may have waited like an hour to do my nails, but it was worth the wait for me. They turned out perfectly.

My eyelid is burned, swollen and red from an eye brow wax. I can't open my eye fully since my lid is so swollen.
