This salon has been recently renovated! The Technicians listen their clients needs, and adjust to fit their needs. They even have adorable Princess chairs for children to have their nails pampered!

Love this place! Gabi is the absolute best!! Quite a pedicure selection and plenty of chairs. They do regular manicures, gel, dip, acrylic, etc. They have good hours too. Hundreds of colors from which to choose and a friendly staff! Always happy when I leave.

My teenaged daughter and I just went there because our normal nail salon was booked. We bought the higher priced pedicure because we were told it included more of a massage ($40 one); it had very little massage and it felt rushed. The entire time the staff was bickering with each other over everything including who was taking care of who. The part that really bothered me was the male nail nail tech made fun of my daughter. He kept mentioning her toes were bruised and calloused (yes, she’s an athlete), and then talked in another language to the tech beside her , gesturing to her toes. Our manicures weren’t any better, were rushed as well. The same male nail tech fussed at my daughter about her cuticles, told her if her hands looked like that the next time she came in he would “hit her hands with a hammer.!”. This really upset her too. Unbelievable. I didn’t know until we left the salon what had occurred because we weren’t sitting beside each other during the manicure. I WILL NEVER walk into this salon again. Horrible. I wish I could give negative stars. 😡

Went to meet up with a family friend and have a relaxing afternoon getting nails done and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done! Charged me $35 to get a regular acrylic and regular nail polish , I was treated very poorly by staff but and rushed. Now what really has me upset is the fact that I got treated like I was a child, paid the money and still tipped them all for 2 of my nails to have already fallen off and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. Absolutely disgusted by the way the staff chose to treat their paying customers. I hope you stop ripping people off and just do your job right. I will be taking my complaint all the way up the command chain till something is done .

Honestly, I’m not happy at all with the service I received today. I called the salon right after I left Hurlburt Field to see if they had any availability for a classic pedicure and a regular manicure with dipping powder. The technician said yes because they are only taking walk-ins due to being minimally-staffed and that they were not busy at all. I arrive 10 minutes later and was seen right away because I was the only customer in there. While I am getting my pedicure done, five additional people walk in for pedicures and full-sets. Note that there were only three people on staff today. All is going well; my pedicure looks good and I move to get my “manicure” and nails dipped. I’ve had full sets done before, surprisingly multiple times at this salon when lived in Mary Esther, so I’m aware that it’s pretty standard to clean up your nails and cut your cuticles when getting a full set as well as in a manicure. What’s not standard for a full set is getting the hand massage and oils to go onto your cuticles, that’s why I wanted a manicure. My nails got dipped and I was moved to a seat next to me for them to dry. I realized that I wasn’t going to get the massage and figured I’d just get charged for the dipping powder. Once I got up to the counter I was charged $55 for my “manicure” and dipping powder. I asked the technician what it would have cost for me to get a full set plus dipping powder and he replied $55. I then asked why the same price for what I got, and he said it’s because I got a manicure. I then inquired about not getting the hand massage and cuticle oil and he said because the nail polish wasn’t dry enough. Ok, 1. The technician knew he was going to be putting the powder on and it would have had to dry, why not lotion my hands before? 2. I felt that I didn’t receive the service I paid for because of the influx of customers and he felt rushed 3. It’s fairly certain that this salon cares more about quantity than quality, which is very unfortunate.
