Every time I go to get nail supplies at this store I'm always reminded why I shop online for nail supplies. I wanted to support my local store but I'm tired of being racially profiled. Today when I went to this store I'm asked if I had a license. Why do you need to ask me when it says this on the front door.. Do you think I can't read? Then I'm asked if I'm in their system. If I say yes I have a license and I say yes have I been here before. Why do you need to ask if I'm in your system. When I say I've been here before that means I'm in your system.. I guess Since they couldn't find a reason to kick me out you decided to tell me to wear a mask. Okay fine I don't have a problem with wearing a mask... I asked if they have a mask I was told not right now. Then I'm told I have to wear one to shop. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them. 6 months ago I was told not to touch anything. I figured it was because of Covid I understand but now I know it was being racially profiled.. Shop here if you want to be treated like a criminal because of your skin color.

This store has always been a bad experience when I come in. Today I came in and when I got to the register she looked me up and down and frowned her face with no mask might I add. When she told me the price I knew she didn’t give me the licensed professional price because I have been here before and never paid $12 for the gel I bought I have always paid $6-8. There used to be a lady that worked here last summer and she was extremely nice and open to everyone. As an African American nail tech it’s already hard in my industry and mainly because I go in these stores and get the “oh you do nails” question IM IN A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL STORE what else would I be? I usually go to salon tech but they was out of what I needed so I figured I would give them a try NEVER AGAIN! I will improvise before I give them my money again! Believe that!

So much variety. Cashier actually rung up my purchase with a smile and asked how I was. Dont think this has ever happened to me at a beauty supply store. Will definitely be back.

This store is simply just horrible. If i could put zero stars i would. The cashier Tho is a bad employee I asked her for a price of a nail polish and she responded "we have a website look at the price there" i will not be going back there. She was rude and staff like this is not needed.

TERRIBLE!!! CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!! IF I DIDN’T LOVE MY FREEDOM I WOULD HAVE SLAPPED THE CASHIER & MORE😒 RUUUUDE AF!! DO NOTTTTT GO HERE!!! DONT CRY WHEN WE TREAT YA’LL THE SAME WAY!!
