The people were very nice but my nails lifted in less than a week. Will not be going back.

Appointment times are not honored. Equipment barely works. Rude workers. Would not recommend.

I typically go to another place to have my face threaded. I went here because it is closer to home and I was in a hurry.
Pros:
- The technician was very kind to the two very bored children that were there
- I was laying in a bed, which was more comfortable than the typical reclining in a chair position
Cons:
- The technician was more pulling my skin than threading off the hair. As a result, she cut me in my nose ridge, my right cheek and my chin. Somehow, she managed to rip my earing from my ear
- My eyebrows do not look alike
- She had never heard of threading the nose ridge and did a poor job of it
- In some spots, instead of threading off the hair, she cut it shorter. One of those spots was on the left upper lip. She was going to pull off the tiny remaining hair with tweezers. I told her she couldn't and she tried to finish threading off the hair. The result was pulled, swollen and red skin
I will not come back!

Horrible!!! Just horrible!! The girl that did my Shellac was rough!! Left me with bubbles and black little dots on my nails. When I pointed them out, she kept saying she couldn't see anything! Did not want to redo anything! After a long week of work I wanted to relax and just get my pedi and mani! I left even more stressed!

Honestly, I was trying to give this place a chance considering they had horrible reviews to begin with, but they for sure lived up to their reviews. Ive never been treated so awfully while paying for a service. I had to go back because the gel polish was on my cuticles, and the top coat was very uneven. The lady who redid my nails, was so rude to me, I will NEVER be back, giving one star is being generous.
