I had a wonderful massage from the very kind and talented Kori. She was so calm and concerned about my needs and comfort and very skilled and well educated. The atmosphere and front staff there was great. Kori's space looked a little unfinished/makeshift like it was a recent extension. Hopefully that's something they plan to complete soon but it was still a comfortable enough environment. Kori's work made it fantastic.

Hayden was AHHMAZING. (I hope I spelled his name right) I had very particular requests for a deeper tissue issue with my ribs and scapula, he was so patient and attentive to every area i highlighted. I highly recommend him.

This weekend, I got a massage by Hayden and it was excellent. I highly recommend him! My mother also went in a couple weeks ago for a facial and she had a lovely time, BUT we both experienced negative and unwelcoming impressions from the front desk staff. They did not greet us warmly and were not helpful in answering our questions (this was my first time getting a professional massage.) They made us feel that we were a bother to them and that our presence was a nuisance. Both my mother and I did not feel like valued customers during our interactions with the front desk. Although both our services were excellent and enjoyable, the first impression of the company (aka the front desk staff) was sub par. We will not be recommending CK Massage & Spa to any of our friends or family.

I really love this spa/salon. I mainly use their nails, pedicures, and massage services. The atmosphere is great and the employees always try to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve experienced the spa as ready to go when I show up for an appointment and flexible with adding in services. I also really love the range of services they offer.
My one area of feedback would be ability to get through to CK with their phone. You can book appointments online pretty easily, but If you have questions about the appointment and would like to talk to the front desk it often takes several different phone calls throughout the day to finally get ahold of someone. Understanding they may be assisting customers, I still wish there was a little more responsiveness with this area. This would take my review to 5 stars :)

I have been a member for years. I have always received great service whether it is a massage or a pedicure. My wife and I get pedicures together often and it is a very nice experience. Highly recommend them. Great value. The owner is great and I have always felt valued as a custom.
