Love the way they do my hair. I have very course hair but when I get the wash and style, without a relaxer, it still looks and feels as if I've gotten one! The ONLY reason why I didn't give them a whole 5 stars, was because, I just wish i could get my hair done by Loraine the owner of the salon MORE OFTEN! In my opinion, I feel that she does the best job for my hair. The other stylist are good also, but Loraine is GREAT!😊

I've written about this place before and they deleted my comment because I told the TRUTH! I will summarize this place AGAIN with bullet points so you can easily see how crappy this place is. °Salon seems unorganized with their hair products, tools, etc. which caused them to randomly find scissors to trim my hair that were dull and I ended up with further split ends. °The staff is NOT social unless you are Dominican yourself. They will allow someone they know who just walks in after you've been sitting there, to get serviced before you and think that's okay. °If you're having an add-on service such as a deep conditioner or leave-in treatment, it seems you have to be an employee as well and relay information as if you're on payroll. This isn't the client's job. They should tell the stylist what you want and everything else should be handled by HIRED staff. °They DO NOT use ANY heat protectant on your hair. With the temperature of heat they use to get your hair silky straight you'd think they would have this in stock so that they protect the client's hair from heat damage (that they cause almost 99.9% of the time). If you're a TRUE professional......you'd know this. It's not all about the client JUST leaving with a style, we expect you to inform, educate and execute. But apparently, shops in Rochester aren't on any kind of professional level. They just "do hair" to get paid. In that case, you're considered a basement stylist and not a professional one. °The best stylist that was there doesn't work there anymore. *tear* She was the woman who was the first chair on the right when walking into this establishment. She was awesome. She LISTENED to your concerns, added product that I brought from home with NO issues....no nasty attitude, no hesitancy to doing my hair. She would do a trim when you asked for a trim. She never gave me split ends because she cut with sharp scissors and knew how to cut. I miss her. And because of her not being there, I will never go back here again. What's left are arrogant females who think theyre better than you (especially if you're a black female) and they lack social skills, lack professionalism and really shouldn't be in business. If you ask them a question they act like they don't have time to answer or don't want to answer and that's is bullsh*t. I will never spend my dollars here and will persuade anyone AWAY from here. The only pro about this place is the price and location.

From Florida and was really excited to go to a Dominican salon to get my hair done. The experience was average. Was so disappointed when they chopped off my hair when I requested a trim no more then three inches.

I had a good experience as far as being satisfied with my hair. The service is fast and, affordable however the women don't speak much English and, those that do aren't very social. The place is very clean and well maintained. The only thing I would critique is the women being a bit more customer friendly.

I went a showed multiple pictures of a midnight blue dye on a black girl . My hair is not dark black but a dark brown . One hair stylist explained to me I'd only see the color in the sun . I said that was fine . I did not want a light, bright blue . Again, I showed multiple pictures . To make a long story short, they dyed my hair purple. She kept making an excuse saying "I told you you'd only see it in the sun" But either way, my hair is purple and not blue. My hair was also styled horribly. Also, the lady washing my hair was on the phone the entire time and did not give my clear instructions of when she wanted me to move. She just walked away
