I drove by & saw this establishment & thought to myself I need a pedi. I was greeted nicely & didn't have to wait. I was seated in a very nice pedi chair. The water was just right. My technician went over the different types of pedicures available. I selected shellac with a design. My toes look so pretty & feel soft. Anytime you can get the paraffin wax, you should. Makes a huge difference to me. They only thing I didn't care for was starting with one technician then getting another 1/2 way through. I just feel bad about having to split the tip. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I'll definitely go back for all my pedicures.

Absolutely great customer service. The gals were amazing sweet as can be to me and my son. The sugar scrub pedicure was fantastic. Definitely will drive the 80 miles from Moses lake to come back for the service and pedicure. Thank you.

The worst nail salon ever!!! If you want terrible customer service and the owner yelling at you after you point out that your nails are crooked than go get your nails done there. I just got my nails done here the it was terrible experience. My toe nails were completely crooked, I mentioned it to the gal and she said there is nothing could be done because they were painted with nail polish already. Than the owner comes up and tell me to pay full price. I told her I wouldn't pay full price because they are completely crooked. She started yelling at me and told me she will call the police if I didn't pay right away. Than her husband came up started yelling at me to pay and get out. These asians have no customer service skills or respect for customers. All they care is to get your money.
