Purchased 2 Groupons. I attempted to reach the business by phone and email, but never received a call back. Now both Groupons have expired.

Everyone was really nice and I got a really good deal, but, I hate to say it, you get what you pay for with Dawn. I got a full acrylic set and pedicure for only $36 because Dawn honored her Groupon price in store. I should have just gone somewhere else and paid full price. This was the worst manicure I have ever recieved. After sitting there for 3 hours and her having painted my nails twice, I just had to go. I had to go to work and didn't have time to nit pick and get something that I could actually wear in public. They didn't have that great of a selection of colors. I had to settle on the colors I had in mind for both my hands and my toes. The nail color was too thin, I guess, and even after taking it off and putting a base coat on and then reapplying the color, it still wasn't opaque. It seriously looked like I had painted them myself and I have the nail painting skills of a child. I dont think she has any experience with gel because she only let it cycle through once with the UV light and as a consequence my thumbs looked like raisens by the time my shift at work was over. They should have been dry before I left the shop, but obviously were not. It wasn't just the polish either, there was acrylic all outside my nail bed and behind my nails and many were crooked and different lengths. She used a dirty nail file on me. There were multiple mentions about what a bad day she was having, so maybe I caught her on an off day. I found this to be super unprofessional. The pedicure was alright, I guess, but I still have considerable calluses on the sides of my big toes. Anyway, the next day, my friend had to spend 2.5 hours fixing my nails, sacrificing her own nails in the process, just so that I could look pretty for my baby shower. I will never go back there and feel as though I should have been paid for this horrible experience.
